The 1st lesson is one on one with an instructor and is a 30 - 45 minute class which is designed to allow the prospective student to explore the exciting world of martial arts.
This lesson serves as an evaluation of the student by our staff and lets the student or parent evaluate the programs and services we have to offer.
We offer classes for ages 4 and up including classes just for adults. It would be our pleasure to sign you up for your first Introductory Lesson.
